Andrea Stringfield

Andrea joins the Raukatauri Music Therapy Trust Board as an experienced HR leader whose roles have involved business leadership, organisation strategy, culture, recruitment, talent management, HR services, and people development. She has held senior positions in NZ and internationally; successfully run two professional services businesses; was Head of HR and Employee Development for a large NZX listed healthcare company for several years until taking up management of the family dairy business.
